Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she turned 16 and she stopped gymnastics. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. After only one year, she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous events, such as her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. By the time 2009 ended, she had won four additional fitness titles. In addition, the 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB in history. Ariel took 6 years to finish her education when she earned the Pro Card. Then she returned in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished in third place. In the summer of 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia and took sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no goals. She was happy with her placement. This is not a surprise since she did so well considering the competition. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel makes the best use of her time. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lighter weight and the other heavier weight day.
